About

Meet Ollie...

Ollie’s talks aren’t about being superhuman. They’re about being human.

After a life-changing accident, Ollie had to rebuild everything: his body, his identity and his idea of what the future could hold. That journey took him through international sit-ski racing, humanitarian work around the world and senior roles in business. Most recently, it took him across Tibet to become the first person to handcycle to Everest Base Camp.

He brings warmth, humour and honesty to the stage, and leaves audiences with practical ways to adapt when the path changes, build confidence through action and keep moving when certainty disappears.

“WOW, an incredible keynote. What struck me was not only his determination, but his ability to challenge perceptions and push beyond what many would consider limits… I’d recommend Ollie as a speaker and partner to any business!”

The Myth of the Extraordinary
Resilience isn’t a superpower. It’s a practice.

Beyond the Baseline
The biggest risk isn’t failing to change. It’s quietly sliding back to the old normal.

Safe to Speak Up
High-performing teams are built on people feeling able to speak up.

Demystifying Disability
Disability isn’t a dirty word. It’s time for an adult conversation.

Belief Before Evidence
Waiting for certainty means never starting.

A world first

Ollie became the first person to handcycle to Everest Base Camp under his own power, crossing Tibet on a specially adapted bike.

The expedition is the subject of the BBC documentary Everest: Pushing the Limits.
